Refund Policy:

Cancellation of service may entitle you to a refund under certain conditions:

1. Immediate visa request cancellation within 24 hours of payment: Only bank charges will be deducted.

2. Cancellation of visa and refund request after 24 hours of payment: 20% deduction on our service fees.

3. Visa request cancellation 24 hours after payment: 50% deduction on our service fees.

4. If the application cannot be processed due to reasons such as inability to provide extra documents or cancellation of plans after document checking/appointment scheduling, only Embassy fees will be refunded.

5. Rejection/cancellation of visa post-submission at the Embassy: No fees will be refunded.

6. E-visas are non-refundable.

Cancellation can be initiated through the Cancel/Delete function in your account or by contacting our service line. Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method. GoVisaTrip cannot refund credit card payments older than 3 months but may issue store credit applicable for future applications within 6 months. This credit cannot be used for applications submitted through other agencies or directly to consulates.

A 50% service fee will be retained for consultation order cancellations after processing applications. No refunds will be issued for completed applications.

Processing Time:

Visa processing times provided by govisatrip.com are approximate and based on embassy or consulate processing times under normal circumstances. The processing period starts from the document submission date to the Embassy or Consulate. The Embassy or Consulate may request additional documents, leading to delays or denials at their discretion without detailed explanations. govisatrip.com is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or financial losses resulting from processing delays or denials. No refunds, including service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, or shipping charges, will be granted due to service delays or denials.

Fees and Payments:

By using this site, you agree to immediate billing of your credit card(s) following online verification. You are responsible for all fees and charges for products or services offered by govisatrip.com or other vendors through the site. Additionally, you must pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges. Visa processing requirements and fees are subject to change without notice, including embassy consular fees and documentation requirements.

Shipping:

govisatrip.com primarily uses Blue Dart/DHL for shipping unless otherwise instructed. While using standard envelopes and packing materials, provided by the shipping company, documents may occasionally be damaged or lost during transit. govisatrip.com is not liable for any damage or loss during transit or while the product is in the client's possession. Clients are encouraged to use shipping services with real-time package tracking. govisatrip.com does not warrant shipping companies' claims or guarantees regarding service quality, timely delivery, or availability.

Consulates may change requirements and fees without prior notice.
